With
whom do we share information?
We may engage third parties to perform services in connection
with the operation of our business. Examples of these include

evaluation, data gathering and analysis, and where applicable
data cleansing. We may engage them to store this information
on our behalf but we authorize them to use this information
only in connection with the services they perform.
We

Cookies
and Web Beacons
We may use a variety of technologies on our site. One is
“cookies” which transfers a text-only string
of information to your browser so our web site can remember
your browser in the future. We may send a cookie when you
visit our web site. Cookies may be used in many ways but
the most common are to verify your login status, track entry
points for registration purposes, and track and measure
the success of a marketing campaign. Cookies are not linked
to any personally identifiable information on our site.
You
have the ability and option to decline cookies by modifying
the settings on your browser. These settings may vary by
software provider and software release. Please refer to
the instructions or help desks provided by your software
provider to modify the settings. More information about
how to manage cookies is available at http://www. aboutcookies.org.
Some
of our pages, emails, and other content may contain electronic
images known as web beacons or single-pixel GIFs. These
are invisible graphic images. Web beacons allow us to count
the number of users that have opened an email, seen an advertisement,
and visited our web pages. Web beacons collect only limited
information such as the cookie identifier, the URL where
the web beacon resides, and the time and date of the pages
visited. They also allow us to track the number of people
that open an email that we have sent. We may use this to
customize our offerings to you.
Web
beacons cannot be declined when delivered via a regular
web page. They can, however, be refused when delivered via
email. If you do not wish to receive web beacons via email,
you need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML emails via
your email software.
We
may also use pixels (transparent GFI files) to help manage
our online advertising. Pixels enable our partners to recognize
a unique cookie on your web browser, which in turn allows
us to recognize what advertisement or promotion brought
users to the site.
Web
beacons, cookies, pixels (GFI files) do not contain your
name, address, telephone, or email address.
Option
to Opt-Out
RMAS practices only permission-based email communication
